Susan Pokorny and Timmery Hellyer have worked together as a Ranch Sales Team since the inception of Fuller Western Real Estate of Wyoming, LLC in 2002. Their combined experience in real estate transactions and working knowledge of ranches, farms and recreational properties has made them a very successful team. Their track record of ranch sales speaks volumes for their ability to work with sellers and reach buyers.
Susan was born and raised on a farm in north central Nebraska, on the edge of the Sand Hills. She and her husband moved to the Western Slope of Colorado where she was a top real estate producer for Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens. In 1990 they purchased a cattle ranch near Lander, Wyoming, where they continue to work their cow/calf operation with the help of their children. Susan also had the honor of serving a twelve year term as the Executive Secretary of the distinguished One Shot Past Shooters Club of the One Shot Antelope Hunt in Lander, Wyoming.
Timmery earned her Agricultural Business degree from the University of Wyoming. She has worked for U.S. Senator Thomas as an intern in Washington D.C., and more recently she is a graduate of the Wyoming L.E.A.D. Class IX. In addition to selling ranch real estate, she works with her family on their ranch near Lander, and helps her sister manage L-T Livestock - a herd of registered Angus cattle.
As ranchers themselves, Susan and Timmery understand hard work and dedication to the agriculture community. They have assisted many buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, and have successfully marketed many ranches, farms and recreational properties.
